Q: What is the difference between UV and LED light?
A: UV lamps produce a broader spectrum of wavelengths, while LED lamps produce a narrower, more targeted number of wavelengths. LED lamps can cure gel polish faster than a UV light. Not all gel polishes can be hardened by an LED lamp.

Q: How long with my manicure last?
A: Type of polish and aftercare impacts how long each type of manicure will last. Typically, dip powder, gels and acrylic nails last longer (2-3 weeks) than basic polish (a week).

A: The biggest risk with manicures and pedicures is the risk of infection, fungi and blood-borne pathogens such as HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
